While social media buzzes with resolutions and grand plans, it’s important to honor the quieter inclinations that come with this time of year. This year I find myself straddling a duality. On one hand, I feel the pull to stay quiet and "winter," to savor slow mornings and moments of reflection. The timing feels serendipitous—as though the universe aligned this new chapter with the start of the new year, even though I didn’t necessarily plan for it to unfold that way.
